| This Etching was created using two plates. One was inked red and the other black. The black plate was etched with a drypoint needle to create a delicate line while the other plate was etched with a light-sensitive polymer.
The words at the top read, "The butterfly becomes something beautiful. What do we become?". It's meaning encompasses our ability or inability to change along with an expression of what we are. Second Place in Etching at Santa Fe Indian Market 2003
